Byron Love, senior program manager for Cyber Protection Services at Raytheon Intelligence and Space, says organizations can’t solely depend on colleges and universities to produce cyber professionals who are prepared to counteract malicious actors and protect systems on day one. Love dives into strategies to build those skills internally through training programs and career paths.
“We have invested in Raytheon Intelligence & Space Cyber Academy, which enables organizations to do just that. We provide specific cyber training to help upskill personnel and to make them productive cyber analysts,” Love says.
