Joshua Monacelli currently serves as a cyberspace intelligence planner within the Department of Defense. Previous experience includes defense and policy analysis on maritime and WMD issues for the Department of the Navy and the Office of the Under Secretary for Policy. Additionally, he currently serves as a member on the Leadership, Ethics, and Practice Advisory Council at the Elliott School for International Affairs. He has a B.A. in International Affairs from George Washington University and an M.S. in Science and Technology Intelligence from the National Intelligence University.
